What we collect

From the contact form and email: name, email address, selected offer, optional viewing date, mutant or archive notes, and the message body. From sessions and reviews: files you attach (stamps, gutters, transfer notes). From the cookie banner: a preference stored in your browser under the key dwg_cookie_consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we may record basic visit counts; if you reject, we do not set those cookies.

Why we collect it

To reply to briefs, to produce rarity readouts and viewing notes, to invoice, and to keep an acquisition file during a search window. We do not sell collector lists.

Retention

Enquiry messages without a paid engagement are kept up to 18 months. Paid files (briefs, letters, viewing addenda) are kept for 7 years for accounting and dispute context, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie preference remains until you clear storage or press the other button after we reset the banner on a future visit.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold, corrections, deletion where we have no legal need to keep it, and restriction of processing. Write to info@devworkflowgrid.click. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the relevant authority in Thailand.

International transfers

The desk works from Thailand. Email and hosting may store copies on servers outside Thailand. We use providers who agree to keep correspondence confidential and to delete it on our instruction. Do not send private keys or seed phrases; we will ask you to rotate them if you do.

Sharing

We share your name with a holder only when you have asked us to arrange a viewing or an offer path. We do not publish testimonials with full names unless you agreed. Field notes never include your email.
