These terms govern use of this website and correspondence with the archive desk of Dev Workflow Grid.
Acceptance
By reading these pages, sending a brief, or sitting for a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not send personal files or request a search. The desk may refuse a brief that asks us to misstate rarity or to contact a holder you have already harassed.
The service
We provide collector guidance, matching memos, provenance letters, and rarity-based acquisition requests for Marvel NFT comics in the X-Men mutant archive line. We do not sell editions from a cart, operate a marketplace, mint plates, or hold wallets. Quotes on the rates page are informational.
Your brief
You confirm that information you send is yours to send, and that screenshots do not include another person’s private transfer credentials. You will not instruct us to impersonate you in holder letters.
Intellectual property
Site copy, ledger codes as used in our letters, and our written readouts belong to Dev Workflow Grid. Character names, issue histories, and related marks belong to their owners. We discuss those editions as collectors and advisors; we do not claim those stories or art as ours. You may quote a short passage from a letter you paid for when speaking to a holder about that same copy. You may not republish our rarity letters as a public guide.
No find guarantee
An acquisition request is a search with a window. We do not promise that a named edition will appear. Close-out letters are part of the work.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for holder prices, later market movement, or a collector’s decision after reading a letter. Our liability for paid desk work is limited to the fees you paid us for that work. We are not liable for lost keys, mistyped addresses, or third-party transfer failures.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved by correspondence with the desk.
