Refunds and cancellations
These rules apply to desk fees for mutant archive work. They do not apply to money you pay a holder for an edition. There is no product catalogue and no postal delivery of goods from this site.
Eligibility
Paid collector guidance, provenance review, matching memos, and acquisition search fees may be refunded only as described below. Informational rates on the site are not charges.
Timeframe
Ask within 14 days of the charge if the work has not started. After a rarity readout, memo, or viewing addendum has been sent, the fee for that piece of work is earned.
Full refund
A full refund of a desk fee applies if we cancel, if we have not opened your files, or if we decline the brief after payment (for example, because we cannot class the edition honestly). The 2,400 THB filing fee is refunded in full if we refuse to open a search.
Partial refund
If a search window is underway and you cancel, we refund the unused remainder after deducting time already spent on letters and class work, itemised in THB. Guidance sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice receive a full refund; inside 48 hours we keep 50% unless we fill the table.
Non-refundable
Holder purchase prices. Third-party room hire already committed for a viewing you asked us to stand up. Time already spent on a completed letter. No-shows at a confirmed Thailand viewing without 24 hours’ notice: the viewing table fee is kept; the edition is not ours to refund.
Deposits
The acquisition filing fee is a deposit credited toward the search if you proceed. It is not a deposit on an edition.
Work already started
Once a rarity class has been sent, that portion is complete. You may still cancel the remaining search. Materials we purchased for a viewing (lamp hire, room) are deducted at cost.
Process and method
Write to info@devworkflowgrid.click with the invoice date and the offer. We confirm within five working days. Approved refunds return by the same method you paid, within 10 working days after approval. We do not refund onto a different person’s account.
Rescheduling
Guidance sessions and viewings may be moved once without fee if you give 48 hours’ notice. A second move may be charged 800 THB for the table shuffle.
Exceptions
If our letter misstates a plate ID we had on file, we redo the letter at no charge or refund that letter’s fee, at your choice. We do not refund because a holder later lowered an ask, or because a reprint-style drop appeared after you bought an archive-locked copy.
